  • Elimination of all toxins including PCB’s and Mercury
  • Removal of restrictions on fish and wildlife consumption
  • Manage invasive species
  • Re drawing boundaries of the AOC to include pollution sources upstream
  • Determine source of PCB’s contaminating the Milwaukee River and Cedar Creek
  • No beach closings
  • Removal of 170,000 cubic yards of contaminated sediment from the Kinnickinnick River, this action will result in decreasing the area’s PCB mass by 90%
